And then came love...enjoy Rumi moments.


Rumi's poetry on love is what I'd to like call 'beautifulness'. The poet mostly is referring about the relationship we have with the divine aspects of ourselves and God...either way love is love. And love is the whole basis for our existence.

Izabella had a spatial view from atop the cliff overlooking the flowing river below, from her vantage position she observed  that the rocks  had cut deeply overtime into smaller rounded shapes around the lake, some with flat edges like benches which serves as rest point for travelers going up and down the meandering pathways  up the mountain. She mused quietly observing the scenery and equate it to the many seasons of our lives, the lake becomes an anchor, a rest point, to continue the process, life is always foward moving. She had began to see God as light and love  a force greater but always in the detail of things which brings an awareness, a message that surrounds us at all times, these can be profound warnings, or an assurance of a prophetic nature which comes through a message of some sort; an innocent utterance, from a friend or a stranger, even a child.  Perhaps, that song with beautiful lyrics may just be more than just a song after all. This Thing called Life...

Just being is enough...and we are lovable for just being. The opinions we hold of ourselves or that others have of us is irrelevant, we all are beautifully and wonderfully perfect in God's love. Love is who we are and love is the gift you give yourself and bring to others. When we understand this intricate value of knowing one's true worth...there is a shift, the old axiom no longer stand true, for your neighbour's lawn will always be green or greener but never in comparison with your lawn because you wouldn't trade places, irrespective, hypothetically, the lawn is incidental because one's attention is focused on what matters,  this shift in perception is beautiful, life is not about a race with anyone or how far or faster we are doing than others...everyone walks their own unique journey. We rejoice with others but always content and grateful for our lot  in life. Gratitude is knowing for all my walks and pathways, joys, laughter, pain , loss, failures and ...
